What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to take an order, ship it and meet our legal obligations.

  • Contact and delivery details: name, email, address, phone.
  • Order history: what you bought and when.
  • Age and research use confirmation: the fact that you confirmed, and when.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser information, in server logs.

What we do not collect

We do not run session replay, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share your data with data brokers.

Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

Your age confirmation

The over-18 and research use confirmation is stored in your browser, not on our servers, and expires after 90 days. It records only that a confirmation was given and when.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations. Batch analytical records are kept for a minimum of five years. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no legal obligation to keep it, and object to processing.

Send any request to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
