Shipping and cold chain
Stock is held and released in Hertfordshire. Nothing ships from overseas, so nothing sits in customs.
Dispatch
Order before 15:00 on a weekday and it leaves the same day, tracked. Free UK shipping over £75, a flat tracked rate below that.
You get a tracking number when the parcel is collected, not when the label is printed.
How material is held
Stock is held at -20°C in a dry, dark, desiccated environment from batch release to picking. The chain of custody is recorded across that period, and the batch certificate on this site refers to material that has been held that way throughout.
How material travels
Parcels go in insulated mylar. Lyophilised peptide is a freeze-dried solid, and over the short window of a tracked UK delivery it tolerates ambient temperature well. The insulation is there to buffer against extremes, not to pretend a parcel is a freezer.
The honest point is this: what matters far more than the 24 hours in transit is the months your stock spends at rest afterwards. Put it back to -20°C when it arrives.
On arrival
Check the batch number on the vial against the certificate on this site before anything else. If they do not match, do not use it, and contact us.
Then get it to -20°C, dry and dark. Let it reach room temperature again before you open it, which prevents condensation forming inside the vial.
