The research use only framing on this site describes real customers. These are the terms that make it true rather than decorative.
Who this is for
Universities, contract research organisations, analytical laboratories and institutional buyers who need to purchase against a purchase order and receive a proper invoice.
Almost nobody in this market merchandises to the customers the research use label claims to serve. No PO terms, no institutional accounts, no SDS library. We think that gap is the single clearest signal in the sector, so we closed it.
What an account gives you
- Purchase order and invoice terms rather than card payment at checkout.
- Safety data sheets for every compound supplied.
- Batch certificates delivered with the consignment as well as published.
- Bulk and repeat supply with batch continuity where stock allows.
- A named contact rather than a support queue.
What we still will not do
An institutional account does not change the research use only basis of supply, and it does not unlock administration guidance. It changes the paperwork and the payment terms, not the boundary.
