Research use only
All products listed on this website are intended for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or use in any form.
The products supplied by MYOGENX have not been evaluated or approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory authority for human use.

We may decline any order at our discretion, including where the stated or apparent purpose falls outside laboratory research. Where we decline, we refund in full.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch, and where a price is corrected we will contact you before proceeding.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Free UK shipping applies over £75. See our shipping page for the cold chain detail.
Liability
The purchaser is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and for the safe handling, storage and disposal of all materials supplied.
We accept no liability for misuse, improper handling, or any outcome arising from use outside a legitimate research environment. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such limitation would be unlawful.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
